Two products. Both all-inclusive.
Aikebom Events AI is one flat price per event, tiered by attendee count and confirmed on a short call — the same whether you’re an event organiser or a hotel hosting the event. Aikebom Concierge AI, the always-on concierge for hotels and resorts, is a recurring subscription per property, quoted on request. Both are all-inclusive: text and voice, all six languages, your sponsor or outlet layer and the live-ops broadcast, every part included. Priced as an addition to your stack, not a platform migration.

Aikebom Concierge AI — always-on
For hotels and resorts: a subscription per property.
Concierge AI runs 24/7, all year, so it’s billed as a recurring subscription per property — annual commit, monthly billing — rather than the per-event license above. What it costs depends on the size of the property and how many you run, so we quote it on a short call and price a group across the portfolio. Everything listed above is included, plus the property layer: your Wi-Fi and check-out facts, mini-bar and dining, permanent in-property QR points, and per-guest privacy.

Taxes
All prices exclude VAT. Portuguese clients add 23% IVA; VAT-registered EU businesses are reverse-charged; clients outside the EU pay no Portuguese VAT.
