The concierge is an automated AI system, not a human. Its answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date — including opening hours, prices, addresses, travel times, routes, availability, and what's on. Treat everything as a starting point, not a guarantee.

Always confirm anything that matters — bookings, tickets, transport, accessibility, dietary or medical needs — with the official or primary source before you rely on it. Aikebom does not provide professional travel, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Some recommendations may be sponsored or partner placements. When they are, that is clearly labelled, and a sponsored item is never presented above a genuinely better fit.

Sample events, sponsors, partners, exhibitors, offers, discount codes, and data shown in Aikebom's product screenshots, demonstrations, and sample deployments are fictional and for illustration only. Any resemblance to real companies, brands, or people is coincidental and implies no association, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.

Where we describe a genuine deployment — such as the NFC Summit 2026 case study — we say so explicitly and name it as a real engagement.

To answer questions, the service draws on third-party providers — for maps, places, web search, and weather — and may link out to external sites such as Google Maps. That information and those destinations belong to their respective providers, who are responsible for their own accuracy, content, and terms. Aikebom does not control them.

The service and its AI output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aikebom's total liability arising out of or in connection with the service — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — will not exceed the amount you paid to Aikebom for the service giving rise to the claim. Where you use the service free of charge, no fee is payable and our liability is limited accordingly. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or revenue, lost data, or loss arising from reliance on AI-generated guidance.

Nothing in this notice limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Portuguese law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (dolo ou culpa grave), or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer. Those rights are unaffected.

No visitor account is required. To run the service, the app stores an anonymous session (a cookie) along with your conversation and any itinerary you create, so you can pick up where you left off. That data is used only to operate the concierge — nothing more.

Retention depends on the deployment. For an event, it is time-boxed: conversations, trip profiles, and itineraries are automatically deleted shortly after the event ends (by default about two weeks after the final day). For a hotel or resort, deletion runs per guest: your data is deleted about a week after your last message, and never more than 45 days after it. In both cases the session cookie expires with the data, only anonymised aggregate usage statistics are kept, and deletion disables any itinerary share links you created. This notice is governed by Portuguese law, and disputes fall to the Portuguese courts. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections — and the right to bring proceedings — of the country where you live; nothing here affects that. We may update this notice from time to time; the version posted here, with the date below, is the current one.
