How it works

Three layers, one honest conversation.

Every Aikebom concierge serves information in a clear priority order — your partners and sponsors, then your property or programme, then the whole city — and discloses the difference. That structure is the product.

01 — ALWAYS DISCLOSEDPartners & sponsors02 — THE FACTS ONLY YOU OWNYour programme — or your property03 — THE WHOLE WORLDCity & local discovery
01

Partners & sponsors

Always disclosed

Your outlets, partners and sponsors come first — surfaced as disclosed, merit-gated recommendations inside the conversation. It’s an extra benefit you give the businesses that back you: real, disclosed exposure to a guest or attendee who just asked — and the agent never puts a partner above a genuinely better fit.

02

Your programme — or your property

The facts only you own

For an event: the programme and session times, workshops, the venue and its floor plans, side-events and exhibitors. For a property: house services, dining and spa hours, the in-room guide, the transfer tariff. Loaded as structured data, or distilled from your own official pages, PDFs and manuals — so “what’s on now?”, “where’s the keynote?” and “what time does the spa close?” just work.

03

City & local discovery

The whole world

Restaurants, galleries, viewpoints, day trips and nightlife — every venue verified live against Places, ratings and web search. No fabricated addresses, ever.

Two ways to run it

Companion or standalone.

Alongside what you already run

Import your programme — or load your property’s facts — and Aikebom runs beside whatever you already use: the event app, the hotel app, the PMS. It knows your sessions or your services, plans the whole stay around them, and points people to your official channels for tickets, registration and bookings. The layer your stack doesn’t have, and nothing ripped out.

Standalone

No app at all? Aikebom is the whole guest-facing layer — onboarding, your programme or property, the city, live updates and exports, under your brand, with nothing to install.

The guest journey

Step 01

Onboard

A short, natural conversation — in the guest’s language, by voice or text — learns their dates, interests, pace and group.

Step 02

Plan

A grounded, day-by-day itinerary anchored on your programme — or their stay: free evenings, day trips, dinners, all real and bookable.

Step 03

On the day

“Now & next”, morning briefings, QR-context at stands, stages and the pool bar, live announcements that reach everyone at once.

Step 04

Export & share

Share link, PDF, Markdown or calendar file — the plan leaves with them, carrying your brand.

It acts between conversations

The line between a chatbot and an agent is whether it does anything when you’re not looking. Aikebom does.

01

Proactive briefings

A scheduled job writes each guest a short morning brief — today’s plan, the weather, any live updates — and can push it as a notification.

02

Context from a tap

QR/NFC codes at stands, stages and around the property deep-link straight into chat, so the agent already knows where someone is standing — and answers in context: what this exhibitor does, what’s on at this stage next, the pool-bar menu, the quickest way to wherever they’re due next, without them typing a thing.

03

Booking handoffs

From recommendation to reservation: deep links to TheFork / OpenTable / GetYourGuide, pre-filled with date, party size and time.

It gets better with use

Day three beats day one.

Most software is at its best on day one and decays from there. A concierge that listens moves the other way — for each guest, and for your whole event or property.

01

It learns each guest

Mention once that you’re vegetarian, travelling with a toddler, or allergic to early mornings — and every later suggestion quietly respects it. No forms, no profile screens, no repeating yourself.

02

You close gaps live

The dashboard shows what guests actually ask for. Spot a blind spot — parking, the cloakroom, a room change — add the answer or publish an announcement, and the very next guest gets it right. No app update, no redeploy.

03

It flags its own gaps

Every morning, a digest of what guests couldn’t get answered the day before — grouped by topic, counted, with the suggested fix one click away. No transcripts stored, only the topics. The concierge tells you which questions your event — or your property — isn’t ready for.

04

Smarter for you, not from you

What your guests teach the concierge stays yours — content never crosses to another client’s deployment. Personal data purges on a published schedule; only anonymous statistics remain.

See it on your property — or your event.
