White-label agentic concierge for hotels and events

The AI concierge for the whole stay — at your property, or around your event.

A hotel guest and a conference attendee want the same thing: someone who knows the place, speaks their language, and handles the small stuff before it becomes a call to the desk. Aikebom is that concierge — branded as yours, by voice or text in six languages, planning the stay around your outlets, your programme and your partners, transparently. It runs alongside whatever you already use, with nothing for guests to install. Live under your brand in weeks — the platform itself deploys in days; the rest is loading your content.

Hospitality is full of AI. Almost none of it works for the guest.

Back-office AI

Revenue management, forecasting, ops copilots. Genuinely useful — and invisible to the person actually staying or attending.

Inbox chatbots

Scripted FAQ deflection and upsell prompts in a messaging queue. They work at the guest, on behalf of the inbox.

Aikebom

An agentic concierge on the guest’s side: it plans the stay, remembers the guest, speaks six languages, gets things done. Guests use it because it genuinely helps. And that is exactly why its recommendations — your outlets, your partners, your sponsors — actually land.

What you get

Everything on this list is live today.

Not a roadmap. Every capability below is running in production right now — at a property, at an event, or both — and you can see each one in a 20-minute demo.

01

A concierge that talks — and listens

Guests and attendees chat or speak with it in six languages, on their own phone, with nothing to install. It carries your name, your colours and your tone.

02

Answers from your own documents

Upload the in-room guide, the menus, the manuals, the floor plans. The concierge answers from them and cites the source — “per the in-room guide, page 12”. Your facts, not the internet’s.

03

Personal day-by-day plans

Real itineraries built around your property or your programme: your restaurant tonight, the museum tomorrow, the transfer on the right day. Exportable to calendar, PDF or a share link.

04

Requests reach your staff

A guest asks for a late checkout, an attendee for a taxi — your team sees it on a live screen and confirms. The agent proposes; a person decides. It never acts behind your back.

05

Partners surfaced transparently

Your outlets, partners and sponsors come first — always with the partnership disclosed, and never above a genuinely better fit. People trust what is labelled.

06

It knows the front desk

Connect a hotel’s PMS and the concierge knows who checked in, their room and their dates — a guest moved to 318 gets answers about 318, without being told.

07

Privacy by design

Sessions are anonymous and delete themselves on a published schedule: an event on its cut-off date, a guest about a week after they stop using the concierge — never more than 45 days past their last message. Built into the schema, not bolted on.

08

Already agent-ready

Every property and event runs its own MCP endpoint — the standard interface AI assistants use to talk to services — behind a key you grant and can revoke. Verified end to end: a guest’s own Claude quoting your official information, your partners and their offers, disclosure attached.

09

A report your other systems can’t write

When an event ends — or every month, for a property — you get a dated report: what people asked, the languages they actually used, what they wanted and couldn’t get, and how often your partners were surfaced. Counts and anonymised topics only; no conversation text is ever stored. Download it, or have it mailed to your team.

Today, next month, next year

Built for what’s next — and shipping every week.

The agent era is arriving in hospitality fast. Aikebom is built for it: every property and event already runs as its own AI-readable, agent-queryable source, and the engine improves weekly — in public, on the record. What you launch today keeps getting ahead of next year.

Where it comes from

Born at a real summit — proven the day the city’s transit stopped.

Aikebom began as a live concierge for NFC Summit 2026 visitors in Lisbon. When a transit strike hit the day before the doors opened, it warned every arriving visitor it was talking to, in their own language, how to get into town. That engine is what every deployment runs today.
