Aikebom Concierge AI
Your guests are on-property all year. Your concierge should be too.
Aikebom Concierge AI is a branded, always-on guest concierge for hotels and resorts — running 24/7, all year, for every guest who checks in, in their language, by voice or text. It answers what your front desk answers a hundred times a day, plans the free evening around your restaurants and spa first, and knows your property as well as it knows your city. Nothing for guests to install.

Not another hotel chatbot. An agent on your guest’s side.
— The hotel chatbot
A widget that answers FAQs and pushes upsells — working at the guest, on behalf of the inbox.
- Scripted answers, quick handoff to a human
- Upsell prompts on a timer
- One language done well, the rest approximate
- Forgets the guest between conversations
— Aikebom
A concierge that works for the guest — and pays off for the house because it does.
- Plans the whole stay: property, city, day by day
- Follows the front desk: check-ins, room moves, checkout
- Answers from your documents, sources cited
- Voice and text, six languages
- Your outlets and partners first — disclosed, and measured
Always on, not just event week
The concierge doesn’t start on a date and stop on one. It runs 24/7, all year, for every guest — the business traveller with one night, the family with a fortnight, the resident staying months. Each of them gets it in their own language, from the moment they arrive.
Your outlets come first — transparently
Your restaurants, bar, spa and activities sit at the top of the information hierarchy, surfaced as disclosed, merit-gated recommendations inside the conversation. Ancillary revenue from the free evening, without a banner in sight.
It knows your property as well as your city
Wi-Fi and check-out, the mini-bar list, where the spa is and when it opens, which way to the pool bar — the facts only you own — alongside verified, live recommendations for the city outside. Permanent QR points around the property mean a guest who scans at the pool bar gets answers in context.
Voice, six languages, privacy by design
International guests talk or type in their own language — EN/PT/ES/FR/DE/IT. By default the concierge opens for your guests, not the street: they arrive on a verified link the property issues, with no account and no sign-up. Sessions stay anonymous and delete themselves once a guest stops using the concierge — about a week later, and never more than 45 days after their last message. Access ends shortly after checkout, so that clock always starts. Nothing is kept for the life of the property; for European hospitality groups, the privacy story is a feature, not a footnote.
Live on day one
All of this works before we touch a single system of yours.
No integration project, no IT queue, no vendor negotiation. The concierge launches on your content and our platform — and the deeper connections below arrive later, when you choose to switch them on.
The PMS connection, verified guest links and the agent endpoint are there when you want them — but nothing about going live waits on an IT project.

Wired into the operation
Not a chatbot on top. A concierge inside the house.
Answering questions is table stakes. What makes a concierge part of the operation is what it’s connected to: your front desk, your documents, your staff — and the AI agents your guests bring with them.
It knows the front desk
Connect your PMS and the concierge knows who checked in, which room they’re in and when they leave. A guest moved from 205 to 318 gets answers about 318 without telling anyone twice — and check-in can hand each guest a personal, verified concierge link, minted automatically: it greets them by name, knows their room, and expires with the stay. The connection contract is vendor-neutral, so your integrator can wire it to whatever system you run.
It answers from your documents
Upload the in-room guide, the menus, the spa brochure, the appliance manual. The concierge reads them and answers with the source attached — “per the in-room guide, page 12” — so the facts are yours, not the internet’s. Replace a document and the answers follow.
Requests reach your staff, instantly
Two more towels, a late checkout, a taxi at seven — the request lands on a live reception screen the moment it’s made, with the room attached, and your team works the queue. The concierge never books, charges or promises behind your back: staff confirm, always.
Already agent-ready
Every property runs its own MCP endpoint — the standard interface AI assistants use to query the world. Your partners, house facts and what’s-on, machine-readable, token-gated, and off until you switch it on. When your guests’ own AI comes asking, your property is the official answer.

Why owners choose it
What it changes for the business.
Beyond a nicer guest experience, the concierge moves the numbers a hotel actually runs on — covers, calls to the desk, reviews and group bookings.
Capture the spend that walks out the door
A guest with a free evening goes wherever their phone sends them — usually somewhere that isn’t you. The concierge answers “where should we eat tonight?” with your restaurant, your bar, your spa first — disclosed, and on merit. More covers on a quiet night, no discounting, no banner.
A lighter front desk
The same questions, all day, in six languages — directions, opening hours, what’s on, how to reach the venue. The concierge handles them in the guest’s pocket before they reach your desk, so your team spends its time on what genuinely needs a person.
Guests who feel looked after
A guest who was never lost in a strange city, never stuck on a language, and always knew what to do tonight leaves happier — and it shows up in the review and the rebooking. Higher satisfaction without adding headcount.
The venue that wins the brief
Organisers and planners pick the property that arrives ready. “A branded, multilingual concierge for every guest, included” is a line in your RFP response, not a line on your cost sheet — and one your competitors don’t have yet.
What it learns for you
It tells you what guests wanted — and didn’t get.
Your PMS knows what was booked. A survey knows the score, weeks later. Neither knows what a guest asked for at 23:40 and couldn’t have — the concierge does, and it reports it.
Unmet demand, ranked
Every morning, a digest of what guests couldn’t get answered the day before — grouped by topic, counted, the fix one click away. A recurring late-checkout ask, a partner you don’t have yet, a gap in the in-room guide: you see it while it’s still cheap to fix.
Your guest mix, in its own words
Which languages guests actually use, and what they keep asking for — evidence for staffing, partners and next season’s offer, drawn from real conversations rather than a survey nobody filled in.
Even the questions AI asks
When a guest’s own assistant queries your property’s endpoint, you see what it asked — and what it wanted that it couldn’t get. A read on demand no hotel system has ever had.
And a monthly report you can hand to an owner
Beyond the daily digest, each month is assembled into a dated report in your admin under Reports — the same picture over a period you can compare: volumes, languages, unmet demand, partner reach, agent traffic. Downloadable, and sent to your team’s address if you want it. Every figure counted from your own data, with anything already deleted under your retention policy labelled rather than hidden.
No transcripts stored — topics and counts only, anonymised, on the same deletion schedule as everything else.
Partners & outlets
Your outlets first — then the partners you choose.
The concierge recommends your restaurants, bar, spa and activities before anything else in the city — on merit, and always with the relationship disclosed. Beyond the property, you pick the partners: the beach club, the golf course, the winery, the transfer company. Each gets a disclosed place inside real guest conversations, offer codes surfaced at the right moment, and tracked links that show exactly what the partnership delivered.
How the partner layer works →Also hosting events?
Aikebom Events AI, for the conferences your property hosts.
A hotel with meeting space sells two things: rooms, and the events that fill them. Aikebom Events AI is the second product — a concierge scoped to one conference, incentive trip, wedding or retreat, anchored on its programme and its dates, then purged once it’s over. Same engine, same branding, priced per event rather than per month. Properties with real MICE space usually run both: Concierge AI always-on for guests, Events AI on top for each booking.

Pricing
A subscription per property, priced on request.
Concierge AI runs all year, so it’s a recurring subscription per property — not the per-event license. We quote it on a call rather than publish a band, because a 40-key boutique and a 900-unit extended-stay residence aren’t the same product in practice, and groups are priced across the portfolio. The per-event tiers for Aikebom Events AI are likewise confirmed on a short call.
